The 10 new approx. 35 m² Green Living Apartments have opened and can be booked with self-catering, with breakfast (on request) or with ¾ luxury board (on request). They are equipped with a living room with cloakroom, kitchenette with refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, as well as crockery, pots and cutlery,... equipped. A cozy bench with table and chairs and a sofa (extendable sofa bed) invite you to linger. The separate bedrooms have box spring beds and a wardrobe. The stylish bathrooms are equipped with shower/toilet.
A connecting corridor leads from the new "Green Living" house and the parking garage directly to the "Berghaus Suites" and the main building, where the wellness area is also located.
On the ground floor is the new ski and bike depot, which leads directly to the bus stop for the free ski and hiking bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Hintertuxer Gletscherbahnen or Lanersbach to the Eggalmbahn, the entry point to the ski area Zillertal 3000, in just 5 minutes. The "Luggi Gredler" cross-country ski trail starts right behind the Alpinhotel Berghaus.

The ****Alpinhotel Berghaus spa & Suites & Green Living**** in Tux once again has good news for connoisseurs: while it was the new wellness area that impressed guests recently, it is now a great "Green Living" house for holiday enjoyment in an all-round healthy room climate. A sustainable passive house in timber construction was built. From photovoltaics to air heat exchangers, highly efficient thermal insulation and much more, attention was paid to future-oriented, resource-saving living across the board. A particularly exciting detail: The carpet in the ski and bike depot and in the corridors of the Green Living Apartments is a so-called Health Seas & Object Carpet, which was made from plastic waste from the seas.
