Great precautionary measures have been taken in our hotel to improve the hygiene standard, which is already very good. We disinfect all rooms on a regular basis, there are disinfectants in every room, in the entrance hall, on the toilets, additional disinfection stands at the reception and at the buffet, in front of the entrance to the new panoramic indoor pool, as well as in the sauna areas.
Self-service at the buffet is permitted. We ask our guests who help themselves at the buffet to disinfect their hands and put on masks beforehand - everything is provided free of charge. Otherwise you don't need to put on masks in the hotel. We can also serve breakfast and salad on request. Our service staff will also use a mask in the morning and in the evening.
We can guarantee the safety distances at the tables, because the addition of the panorama restaurant gives us more space and thus we can make the table layout much more spacious.
In the sauna area, we ask guests only to use the sauna if the minimum number of sauna guests is not exceeded, e.g. 6-8 persons can sit in the new outdoor sauna, 4 persons in the indoor saunas, and only 2 persons in the steam bath (preferably only family members) and also in the infrared cabin.
Of course, we also appeal to the personal responsibility of our guests: please wash your hands as often as possible and follow the rules of distance!

The Corona situation remains exciting, we will live with it for the next few months and have to behave accordingly. Since July 2020: weekly COVID-19 tests for hosts and employees.
However, we remain optimistic and will try everything so that our guests can spend a nice and relaxing holiday with us in the new Berghaus SPA :-)

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. Cancellation Policy (for bookings made by December 19, 2020 until arrival January 02, 2021 and March 27, 2021 until arrival April 03, 2021):
- If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
- If cancelled or modified up to 1 month before date of arrival, 40 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 1 week before date of arrival, 70 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, or now-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Relaxed cancellation conditions (for bookings made until arrival December 12, 2020):
You can cancel or postpone the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel within 2 days, a 30% cancellation fee would apply.
Our cancellation conditions (for bookings made by January 09, 2021 until arrival March 20, 2021 and April 04, 2021 until arrival April 25, 2021):
You can cancel or postpone the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations and changes up to 3 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 50% of the price of all overnight stays, up to 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show will be charged with 80% of the price of all overnight stays.
These unnecessary expenses and the associated anger we would like to spare for you.
