Do I need to make a reservation for the day spa in advance?
Yes, the Day Spa is available by appointment only. Unfortunately, we cannot admit you without an appointment. Please inquire about your preferred date using the inquiry form or by calling +43 5287 87364.
Which day spa package is right for me?
The Early Bird package (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 65 euros) starts with a healthy breakfast. The Berghaus Day Spa (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 50 euros) is the classic wellness day with a lunch buffet. The Late Night Spa (6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 35 euros) is perfect for the evening. With the Private Spa Night (8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., 129 euros for 2 people), you’ll have the indoor area all to yourselves.
As a day spa guest, can I book a massage?
Yes. For a massage lasting 50 minutes or more, you’ll pay just 30 euros instead of 65 euros with the Early Bird offer, and just 15 euros instead of 50 euros at the Berghaus Day Spa. Simply specify your massage preference when you make your request.
Are children allowed in the day spa?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome at the Alpin Spa, including babies. Children 16 and under pay a reduced rate. Only guests 18 and older are allowed in the saunas unaccompanied. Children may use only the outdoor block sauna and only when accompanied by an adult.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring your swimwear. For the Early Bird, the Berghaus Day Spa, and the Private Spa Night, a bathrobe and towels will be provided for you.
What is Private Spa Night?
From 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the entire indoor area of the spa is reserved exclusively for the two of you: Finnish sauna, bio steam room, saltwater steam grotto, infrared cabin, waterbed room, and relaxation room. A fruit platter and mountain spring water are included. You can add fondue for two (60 euros) or sparkling wine with a platter of specialties (90 euros). The price is 129 euros for two people.
