1. organizer
The organizer ofthis competition is the Alpinhotel Berghaus, Madseit 711, 6293 Tux, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "organizer").
2. participation
Participationin the competition is free of charge and is subject exclusively to the conditions set out here. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participateare natural persons residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the organizer, the participating agencies and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Competition period
Thecompetition begins on 01.04.2025 and ends on 27 April 2025 at 23:59.
5. Entry method
Participationin the competition is exclusively via the competition form on the official website of the Alpinhotel Berghaus. The multiple-choice question must be answered correctly and the form completed in full.
6. Determination of winners and notification
Winnerswill be selected at random from all participants with correct answers. The draw will take place on April 28, 2025. Winners will be notified by email and must confirm their win within 14 days of notification, otherwise their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.
7. Prizes
The followingprizes will be drawn:
1st prize: A hotel voucher worth €1.000 (subject to availability)
2nd prize: A hotel voucher worth €500 (subject to availability)
3rd prize: A massage voucher worth €100 (subject to availability)
The vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the date of issue, subject to hotel availability. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. Consent to data processing
Byparticipating in the competition, the participant agrees that the organizer may process the personal data provided for the purpose of conducting the competition and for marketing purposes. The data collected will be used to send the newsletter, provided the participant has consented to this.
9. Right of withdrawal
Theconsent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. All you need to do is send an email to info@hotel-berghaus.at.
10. Premature termination of the competition
Theorganizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
11. Applicable law
Thecompetition is subject to the law of the Republic of Austria. In the event of disputes, the place of jurisdiction of the organizer shall apply.
12. Severability clause
Ifindividual provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
