• Self-catering: For guests who value independence, our suites and Green Living Apartments with modern equipped kitchenettes offer the ideal opportunity for self-catering. Enjoy the freedom to create your own meals and cook to your own taste at any time.
• Breakfast option: Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Our breakfast option is available daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and offers a rich selection of local delicacies to fortify you for your adventures in the Zillertal.
• ¾ gourmet board: Our ¾ gourmet board includes a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack for refreshment and a multi-course dinner from 6 pm. Each dish is prepared with the utmost care by our kitchen team to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.
• Table reservation: We are happy to take your table request. We charge a service fee of €50.00 per table for processing your individual table request. This is subject to availability.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: Changes and cancelations are possible free of charge up to 30 days before your planned arrival date. Please note that a processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
• Up to 14 days prior to arrival: For cancellations or changes made up to 14 days prior to arrival, 40% of the price of all overnight stays including meals will be charged.
• Up to 7 days before arrival: Changes or cancellations made up to 7 days before your arrival date will be charged at 70% of the price of all overnight stays, including meals.
• Up to one day before arrival: For cancellations or changes made one day before arrival, as well as for no-shows, 100% of the price of all overnight stays including meals will be charged.

• Check-Out: Please check out of your room by 10:30 am so that we can prepare it for the next guest.

Your faithful companion is always welcome! Your dog can stay with us for only € 24.00 per day (without food). We ask you to bring a cozy blanket or basket for your dog as well as a muzzle for the use of public transport. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. However, you can dine together with your four-legged friend in the cozy fireplace room.
