Catering options

Self-catering: For guests who value independence, our suites and Green Living Apartments with modern equipped kitchenettes offer the ideal opportunity for self-catering. Enjoy the freedom to create your own meals and cook to your own taste at any time.
Breakfast option: Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Our breakfast option is available daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and offers a rich selection of local delicacies to fortify you for your adventures in the Zillertal.
¾ gourmet board: Our ¾ gourmet board includes a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack for refreshment and a multi-course dinner from 6 pm or, on request, from 8 pm. Each dish is prepared with the utmost care by our kitchen team to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.

Cancellation conditions

You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival
In case of changes or cancelations up to 14 days before arrival, we only charge 40 percent of the price for the overnight stay.
In the event of a change or cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, only 70 percent of the accommodation price will be charged.
Cancellations or changes made one day before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full accommodation price.

Travel cancellation insurance

The unexpected can always happen.
To ensure that your vacation remains worry-free, we recommend our affordable Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance - including helicopter rescue.
Or opt for the more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance with an additional accident benefit package from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

Arrival and departure

Check-In: Your room awaits you from 14:00.
Check-Out: Please check out of your room by 10:30 am so that we can prepare it for the next guest.

Dogs

Your faithful companion is always welcome! Your dog can stay with us for only € 19.00 per day (without food). We ask you to bring a comfortable blanket or basket for your dog and a muzzle for the use of public transportation. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. However, you can dine together with your four-legged friend in the cozy fireplace room.
